Homestead often sponsors or co-sponsors
concerts in the Twin Cities. Any upcoming concerts are listed on the
home page. If you're
curious about whether something you heard might be coming up, but it's not
listed here, please can call us at (612) 861-3308.
Twin
Cities Acoustic Music Calendar
Jim Whitney has provided such a remarkable
service with his new event listing that it would be foolish for Homestead to to
try to keep up with all of the events in and around the Twin Cities. We'll
continue to provide selected alerts here, but be sure to use the Twin
Cities Acoustic Music Calendar for an overall view of what's happening in
acoustic music. Jim even provides an electronic alert newsletter option to
which you can subscribe.
Concerts, Shows, Gigs and Events. From fall to early spring is the "high
season" for many of the concert venues which cater to acoustic music.
You can
find a collection of upcoming -- and mostly acoustic -- events at Twin
Cities Acoustic Music Calendar. We wanted to do a listing like
that on the Homestead site, but Jim Whitney has done such a fine job that it
would be redundant to try to do something else. For some specific venue
schedules, check the following web sites.

Ticketmaster
OK, Ticketmaster isn't a venue at all, and we all hate the "extra"
fees. However, Ticketmaster will list almost every major and many lesser events in
the Twin Cities, so it is a useful resource for finding out what's happening.
