One of our longstanding commitments has been to provide the acoustic music community with a chance to study with wonderful musicians. There are two ways we make that possible. First, you can take individual lessons
here. You can also attend one of our workshops. These workshops are unpredictable, since their scheduling often depends on the schedule of a traveling musician, but we will try to let you know in advance, if you join our e-mailing list
Homestead also offers concerts several times a year, generally in association with the workshops. Tickets may be purchased at Homestead or at the door.
Homestead also sells tickets for folk or bluegrass events present by other organizations, including the Cedar Cultural Center, the Minnesota Bluegrass & Old-Time Music Association, Red House Records, the Minnesota History Center, and Ginko Coffeehouse. Feel free to ask what tickets we have, either during a visit or by phone.
